97 B.A. GTP in the making

Hey guys.
I'm just a 17 year old looking to really get into cars. Considering my age, I'm very well-read. Ive owned and driven a 97 gtp for about 2 years now. As almost a father son project, my dad bought another 97 gtp in much better physical condition than my previous one in hopes to rebuild it. picked up my first from my cousin for 1000 then the second was 800 off a guy going into the army but it has a blown engine.

First idea, mesh my good engine with the good body.
Second idea, screw the first idea... we're gonna rebuild this thing ground up!

Now im halfway through the process of rebuilding a 97 gtp already equipped with a flowmaster exhaust, K&N short ram intake, msd ignition system, new ecu, and some other appearance goodies(all came with the car at the standard 800 price).

welcome to the forums, sounds like you got your work out out for you, this site will have everything you need
 
well i've already made a good habit of puttin aside about half my spending money towards this rebuild. the farther i get along in the project, the more interested and consumed i become haha
 
you should put it all towards this car :th_thumbsup-wink:

or at least fixing it when something goes wrong :th_nervous:
