So i got a Prix. My gf's old one. picked it up for $100 so i cant complain.. but im not sure if i should fix it up, or sell it..

As you might see in this one ^^^ the control arm is snapped / hanging on by a rust sliver..

It's mainly jus tthe rust issues im worried about. Everything else on the car is 100%. It's just the body..

Thoughts?

if its rusting apart now, id say scrap it... once rust has started theres not much stopping it, especially when things start snapping its really kinda too late
 
I'm out about 45 mins west of Albany NY. Asking around $400 for the whole thing. I can part it out too. what would you need?
 
the whole blinker assembly and ill get back to you on the rest i need to think of everything else i need. my blinker switch is messed up and i think that may be a partial reason for my cruise control not working. does it have cruise on it?
 


ya the whole thing including the clockspring on the steering column.

what shape are the taillights in? have they leaked yet? im interested as long as the brake light is on top instead of the blinker. pics of them if possible?

taillights are in good shape, no leaks. but the blinker is on top. brake on bottom.

I can work on pulling the blinker switch out tomorrow afternoon. anything else?
 
ill pass on the taillights then. very few 4 doors are the way mine are. hmmmmm...... no HUD... right? or DIC? some of hte pregens had a DIC on the far left side of the dash. ive only seen it once but would like to have it lol

thats all i can think of at the moment... the blinker switch itself (not the arm) is in the steering column like a clockspring.

the horn buton and clockspring would be cool too if you would be able to get at that.

ill hold off on the cruise control module for now. i can let you know monday if i need it

So you don't need the arm just what it connects to? I'll hold off on shipping till you know if you need the cruise module. And what's DIC?
 


ya i was justin the junkyard today and forgot to see what it would be like to get at the clockspring inside the steering column. google shopping shows that as the switch. it getting warmer here so i need to actually work on figuring out my cruise control yet and get back to you on that. sorry its taking so long....
