95 gtp won't takeoff

I have a 95 gtp 3.4 dohc that when in drive it does not want to move if you touch the gas, but if you let it coast to like 15mph and give it gas it will shoot off like a rocket and drive fine with no problems. But if you stop and takeoff again same thing, the car has a new tps all new fuel system and no cat I still have no idea what it is or could possibly be. Any ideas?
 


Something in the trans is broken and u will have to get it fixed
What does the fluid look/smell like?
 
trans fluid is fine not burnt at all not even slightly the car is fine after 15mph but will stall if you touch the gas before before 15 so I'm thinking a sensor or computer could be the culprit but there is no check engine light on so I'm stumped
