Oh cool I got it right, The reason I ask is because you say it's about an hour from where you live, and ray's about an hour north. Also you've got a river flowing through your property, any chance it's the north branch of the Clinton river? My uncle's house is in ray township, he's got a few acres and that river going through his property.
 
Well yea of course not, i did the math and realized after bills i still have about 1200/month excess income so that leaves 600 spending 600 saving so I might save a few months and if you havent already sold it by then I'd still be interested. But If it sells before then I'm not worried. I also plan on possibly buying gtpeddie's white gtp at a later date as well.
