880 instead of 898??

I have an 04 grand Prix and I remember reading here that you can use 880s for your fog lights instead of the stock 898. I can't find the thread now of course. Does anyone know if you can? Thanks in advance

All 800series bulbs are the same plug and fitment. They just differ with the base being straight or a 90° base

Awesome cuz I got 55watt 6k 880 from my 40th I was goin to sell but ill put those in my 04 instead lol thanks for the help
