87516CB Cherry Bomb GlassPack

I currently have SD headers no cat and the SLP non-resonated cat back (Proflow mufflers). It is annoyingly loud and drone for days. Based on searching the best solution is the 30" glasspack. The car is embarrassing to drive right now as it sounds like a beater that lost its exhaust and no one bothered to fix it.

So i think the Cherry bomb [FONT=&quot]87516CB is what i am going to do.

Any other suggestions?

Picked up the Cherry Bomb and two Band clamps. I noticed the cherry bomb ends do not have slits cut out to allow the pipe to "shrink" when clamping. I am guessing they dont add them because most people weld them in and the slit would require extra welding to seal the exhaust.
Has anyone used band clamps to install a cherry bomb and if so did you cut in reliefs slits to help clamp the pipes together?

Do not spile them, if pipe is same diameter you can use strap clamps with silicone. slip on with dissimilar diameter strap clamps with silicone. IF you slip fir it use ubolts clamps, turn them sideways and trim ends.
