'75 honda bobber project

i have no idea what it is, it's probably another bike in pieces or close to it. pretty sure i know which one it is since i think its on craigslist for $800.
 


what it all comes down to is that he isn't intentionally trying to jerk me around or steal my basically worthless frame. i know his phone number, his email address, his actual house address, and his wifes phone. he would never have let me have all of those things had he been out to scam my pants off.

i saw a frame he had modified in his back yard and he's also send me a picture of one of the bikes he's finished to give me ideas of what i could do.

all i'm saying is that i'm trying to have faith that this'll turn out. i just need to turn the screws a little tighter on him and force him to follow through.
 
Mad I know that but the way I look at it is like this. He may not be trying to screw you over but it dont matter at this point. Even the best of intentions kill sometimes.
 
If You gave me parts to paint and I said it should take two weeks tops then it should take only 2 weeks not 2 months. You've been more then patient with him
 


we all know you deeply want to be like him. for all we know you have had the bike back for some time and like being dramatic, or Alzheimer's is setting in and you forgot where you put it.........
 


stopped at his house today and talked with him. he said he is getting a new phone tomorrow and will have everything buttoned up and ready for me on or before tuesday (a week from when he emailed me).

he's a sketchy dude, but i'll let him finish it. if it's legit it'll save me close to $1000 in parts that i'd have to buy to replace the ones he's making.
 
I havnt been on here for a while and I thought for sure this would be done by now hah.

Sucks to hear man, hope it all comes through for ya.
