X2......I got a knn and the least I get is 19.2 mpg in the city with a heavy foot and before the knn I got around 15.6 mpg.A CAI will increase MPG. Any increase to efficiency increases MPG. If the energy to pull air into the engine decreases, as it does with a CAI, the energy used to pull air in turns to energy to drive the car forward. The only reasons a CAI would decrease MPG is 1: Because a PCM couldn't properly read the MAF due to a bad install or 2: The driver gets a heavy foot to enjoy the added power. The main purpose of a modern air box is to both house the air filter and quiet the intake noise.
What the heck is an ambient temp?are you comparing with the same ambient temps as well?
You do realize that you get worse fuel economy in the winter versus the summer right?

So you mean to tell me that the flux capacitor is only connected to the muffler bearings while the blinker fluid is still engaged?

dont listen to anything other than this. any less than 91 will cause significant knock. The LS4 has a 10.0:1 compression ratio. Without premium it is pulling quite a bit of timing to prevent knock.
