4t65e hard to move after 4th hub replacement

I have a 2000 Impala 3.8 with a 4t65e 189,000 miles. Car had no 4th gear so I replaced the 4th gear hub, 4th gear clutches, all solenoids, and put a shift kit in.
After putting fluid in the car I need to give it alot of gas just to move in any gear, the level is good.


Anyone know what would cause this?

Wrong solenoids maybe?
 


I did replace the channel gaskets, maybe one got pinched. I'll check that out thanks. When I turn the car off I can hear fluid flowing for a few seconds so Im thinking this might be it.
