I don't know what part of the forum to out this in but I decided on this one.
I have a 96 Gtp with a 3.4 Dohc motor and I have just done a 4t65e trans swap. I used a full 97 Monte Carlo z34 wiring harness.
My question is: the car has an orange/black wire that is the neutral/park safety switch signal, I found that on the cars stock wiring harness this wire goes to the neutral safety switch connector c1 pin a. On the 97 neutral safety switch connector the c1 pin a has no wire in it.
The problem I'm having is that when daralogging, the PCM doesn't see that it ever shifts out of park.
Does anyone know where this wire goes or how I can right this issue
