48lb Injector conversion for my GTP

I had my stock 33/36# injectors sent out and had them made into 48lbs. On hpt in the unit conversion table I needed some values for my new "Flow Rate vs KPA"

Im trying to figure out to to go about this?? Here are my stock values.

Now that I am in this topic. Is there a program to figure out my new "Offset vs Volts" and "Offset vs PW vs MAP"??????
