Looking back lol this is almost 2010 guy catch up! Im not even gonna start on how many 4 doors are straight out fast period. So no that doesnt translate to today! :th_laugh-pointup:
 


it took a little bit for the 4dr to warm up to me, but now i enjoy the heck outta it. i can wax your a$$ while picking the kids up from school; on the way to the store. do that in a miata,.......i love mustangs so much, have had 3 and i'll have another soon. but the 4dr gtp is such a sleeper . where i'm from, i love it. sports car ,performance car , whatever/ its how you drive it!

Yes, there are 4 door performance cars. No, they typically aren't designed with only performance in mind. They're the cross-breed. For people like me and many other GP owners. I have a 4 door because when i leave for college i'm gonna need to take a bunch of crap with me. No fun squeezing that all into a Camaro or something similar. But that doesn't mean i don't wanna go fast.

Dude a well modded 4 door gtp is one of the greatest sleepers around IMO. Not to mention the back seat is pretty freaking big, so if you and the girlfriend need a place to slap nasty's........well there you go! And after you get done goin toe to toe in the back seat you can whoop some 2 door ass on the way home. Thats a perfect car, room for fu***ng and power for kickin ass:th_biggrin2:

i will add that the nissan maximas were marketed as "4dsc" 4 door sports car. add they are bad like em or not. iwould commit suicide if i had to work on one. hey some cars look better as 4drs and some look better as 2drs. how about a 2 dr civic hatchback with a fartcan? now which is worse??:th_tongue2:

What is the point of this contradicting thread about? "I hate 4 doors" but..."I like the cts-v" make up ur mind u hate 4 doors or u don't.
 
The statements made by the OP are classic signs of ignorance toward something not fully understood. You don't like 4-door cars, good for you, but you picked the wrong place to complain about it. IMO, STFU about doors or GTFO.
 
Wow i can't believe i wasted the time to read this whole thread. All in all this guys an idiot! Theres 2drs and theres 4drs simple concept. In the aspects of the gp both were designed with performance in mind otherwise they would have put a 3.1 in the 4drs and the GXP and they would not have put a complete bilstein suspension under the GXP. Just because it has 4drs doesn't mean its not designed with the performance aspect in mind. Simply put its just more practical than a 2dr nothing else. Who ever said a performance car couldn't have 4drs? And who said a gp was a sports car? Its a performance grocery getter! Is a police car designed with performance in mind? I think so! And practicality at the same time! (new concept to you) Now go somewhere else and start a thread worth reading!
 


O and for the record! I'm pretty sure this 4dr Impala SS that falls into your older car category also falls into the performance line! Its old fast and has 4drs! Your point made earlier in this thread = FAIL Thanks!
