well come on up man!! There are a bunch of IL guys from chicago garage coming up for it on saturday.
 
we will be in the short staging lanes so we will get in plenty of races due to our large quantity of cars coming to gld!

How did this go? I wish I would have seen this sooner. I've been waiting to drag my car again since the mods + tune.
 
Well considering that it rained on the way to the track, it wasn't that bad. I can't find my camera cable, but iirc there were like ~16 cars there. Finally got to see fred's car runs 11's.... still can't hear lol:th_thumbsup-wink:. I think that they all started racing around 2 and I left at 8:30 and I think 3 people were still racing. As far as I know, nothing was broken.... although only like 7 of us people were racing. Once I find my cable I'll post'em up along with videos....

p.s. Man I forgot how much fun I have just watching cars race...... still can't believe that mustang that let off twice.... and still ran a 9.xxx. Or the husband/wife or sister/bro (can't remember) racing and being 3 thousands of a sec. within each other... then next race went 4 hundredths of a sec. within each other. Anyways it was fun, shoulda been there. Always love that 30+ people say there going to show-up but then like 15 do... but this isn't my first meet, shoulda figured.:th_laugh-lol2: Also nice to meet new people, even though I wasn't drinking, so I was quite.

Who's going to do this next? ......not it
 
i would have gone had i not been out of town, but seeing as how it rained basically state wide id have had to bring my subaru and run some 17s in front of you guys.
 
awww, there was 1 bike, a kawasaki 1300 (IDK, someone else told me that), best I saw him run was 10.03X something? I have the waterbox vids from about every car that was there, wasn't to many others. Outta the ~5 times I was there, this was the least amount of cars racing....

There was just a strong rain right about 3 miles from the KR exit, then stopped by the time we got in and settled.
 



It took forever and a day to make so don't be hating, plus i had to reistall Vista so i couldn't get it on the forums right away.
 


lol we still lost the "shootout" with the illinois crew. Tommy gloves ran a 12.8, panda ran a 13.0 and 10sec ran a 13.7, boosted00gagt from illinois ran a 12.99. fred ran an 11.68, my friend ran a 13.9, nate martin, ran a 15.43(stock GT), my friend josh ran a 14.4 (stock regal with 1.7 gals of race gas), and easytoremember would've ran a low 12 but his s/c belt snapped in the burnout box. I didnt run due to the tranny, but i have a feeling i would have run a mid to low 13.
 
I'll see if I can find my cable tonight....
I don't have alot of pictures, but I think I got like 60+ videos. But now I found out my camera makes some weird sound effect to the audio on my vids.

01GT, are those last 4 picts from sunday? Sorry, ended-up closing bar, then going to pops house.... he was outta town. Needless to say, I was in no shape for movement on sunday.
