350 whp WRX

I know a guy who gave me a connection to a bug-eye wrx wagon. He said its 350/350 hp/tq. It has a sti bottom end, wrx top end, mid 2000's sti turbo, FMIC, tune for 93, sticky tires, CF hood and racing seats, fully adjustable coilovers, stage 2 tranny, turbo back, . He said it will run 12's so I did not go into this expecting to win at all. Well, we did two digs, and I won both :th_nervous: then from a 25 roll, still pulled on him. I would say about a car or two each race, I had enough room to pull over to the other lane by about 95. I have the mods in my sig, but with a 3.25 pulley. We were both pretty surprised at the outcome.

Yes they do exist but I've yet to run into a fast subaru lined up with me and all I had was a gutted gtp with a good set of tires headers and wimpy hptune

nice kill, i believe it.
everyone seems to kiss the ass of subarus and wrx's. they really arent anything special.

they arent really that fast. from a dig he should have made you see tail lights, so i'm calling terrible driver. but beyond that they really arent anything impressive until they start producing north of 400whp.

He said he launched from 7000 or something crazy. I rode in it with him and it would chirp a little until like 5mph then just grip like a mofo

He felt like a pretty good driver when I rode with him, not saying that he couldn't launch better. It definitely felt gripper than my car but it didn't snap my neck off. 25 is also a sweet spot for my car too and with instant boost and traction I don't see him pulling. All the way to 100+ he didn't pull on me or start coming back. I'm not sure that I believe it's 350 hp and 12s, but I do believe he had those
Mods. If you ever come to NE hit me up.

turbo and tune dependant, could be anywhere from 280-330ish. anyone that says they have identical hp/tq numbers is a fool anyway. horsepower is generally ~30% ahead of torque numbers on most subaru builds i've seen.

I should have looked at his boost gauge when I was in the car, but I was too busy trying to put on the dang 5 pt harness and admiring all the headroom

too busy trying to put on the dang 5 pt harness and admiring all the headroom

aftermarket seats will do that since they sit much lower to the floor. and people that run 5 point harnesses in cars they drive all over the place bother me...
