Funny how most car guys can looK at a trucK and within a few seconds Know exactly what BRAND it is at the least even if it has major appearance mods. Then if you somehow Know all the engine mods it has and even down to a TB spacer, and you still don't Know what brand of trucK it is, you're probably full of crap or don't Know jacK about jacK and shouldn't own a modded car in which you Know nothing about. Sounds liKe and ecKsplosion (spelled wrong on purpose to add the Kapital K) to me.

i thought we were all friends here...he's probably just saying its a 'race' truck cuz the tool that drives it dubbed it that. its through no fault of his own...
 
Not picking sides or anything but I would consider like a GMC typhoon or syclone a 'Race Truck'... Those are some bad ass trucks!

But like Joel said... how come he knows the mods but not the brand... very interesting.
 
well , allrace trucks have cams....now it could have been denny hamlin is the fed ex trk. he didn't say it was a brown trk .
 
Ya know guys, it's possible it was an older model truck that he's not familiar with make-wise. He may have asked what was done to it. That's feasible. If I wasn't sure what kind of truck I was looking at, but wanted to know more about it, I'd feel like a complete idiot asking if it was a Chevy/Ford/Dodge and then expecting the owner to tell me what was done to it with a straight face.

He beat a modded truck of some sort that probably was lowered with big rear tires and a loud, loping exhaust. That sounds like a truck that the owner may race on occasion, hence the "race truck".

And, if he is making it up: Who really cares? Just tell him congrats/share a similar experience and go on with your lives.
