3.5" tuned PCM running on 3.8" engine

So I made a really stupid mistake when I was ordering the overkill. I told him I was going to have a 3.5" on my car. I decided to not do that until spring but forgot to tell overkill that. I've been running my car for about 2-1/2 weeks now on a pcm that is "tuned" for a 3.5" s/c pulley. I still have the 3.8" on. Do you think this is goign to cause any problems? I am experiencing 0kr and the car runs excellent. Should I scan for anything else using my Autotap?

You don't need to tune for a pulley. Not going to hurt anything.
