3.5 pulley and plugs ?

I did a search and didn't really don't what i was looking for but in just installed my zzp 3.5mps when for a quick test drive( man did it make a difference can only imagine with a tune) and running autolites 606 with zero KR. I ordered a set 104s but got sent 103s. My mods are sd headers with 3" catless down pipe, stock catback, fender well cone filter and 180t stat.

From what i understand is that 103 are 2 ranges colder and typically used with more mods?

Would it hurt any to run the 103s or should i use 104s? Or would i be okay with the 606s since I'm getting no KR?

103's are more like 3 heat ranges cooler.

I would not run them, way too cold of a spark plug. Even 104's are too much really. Get some 605's and call it a day if want but if it's running find as is, you don't have to replace them.

Well did a few pulls this morning on my way to work and got a 1st gear spike of 2.9 KR,. Zero 2nd gear. I tried a few more pulled and stayed at zero KR let off at 80.

It looks like I'm getting small spikes of 1 to 2 KR in first at part throttle. So I'm gonna throw in some 104s but i noticed with the 3.5 pulley I'm only hitting 6-6.5psi,. I know that having headers and intake can lower psi but does that sound kinda low?

I don't think you need that cold of plugs for a 3.5 pulley with your mods. What kind of gas are you running? It's better to stick with hotter plugs than to go directly down to 104s, but I guess as long as you don't get any misfires with them, it's fine...

Run 103's and a 160*.

I did it.

So have many others. While plug heat range is important, you can also use those old school ways to kill the KR.

Yea, in could try. In have a new set of 103s.
I noticed that in the morning I'm getting no KR,. Temp is prob low to mid 60s. But after work temp is low to mid 90s and that's when i get the 1 to 2.5 KR spikes.
