So I have been told by lots of people to drop to a smaller pulley...most reccomended 3.2-3.0, well I did some research and found that on a genV 2.9 is the smallest you should go...well I dropped from my 3.5 to a 2.9

WOW the butt dyno is super happy and the aeroforce shows a solid 20hp at the wheels. My tune was way rich to start with so I left it alone and still have 0.0kr all throughout the range. I am in definate need of a better tune...I am contacting DynoBrian tonight about getting that done!

If you're able to pull off a 2.9 I'm gonna guess A nice thick Intercooler, cam, Headers, Larger TB, and maybe even methanol or E85

DynoBrian does a hell of a job. Pulled an extra 17whp out of my car after the Intense tune.

Sad. I have an IC and am still waiting to tune my car and drop from a 3.6. Maybe I should take my skirt off?

I have a 2.25 intercooler, headers, N*, LQ4, and the genV no cam, I know the aeroforce isnt a true measurement but it went from 230 with the correction factors to 250 with the correction factors, eventually I am going to get the car down to DynoBrian and we will see what it does on the dyno...fingers crossed. I was just amazed at how big of a change it was with the smaller pulley.

If your only making 250 to the wheels with a GenV, Headers, Full-Size IC, 2.9", N*...etc...then I....lul'd.

Should be well north of that.

No injectors...I am able to pull off running way rich with the tune that I have, I have no kr and the timming is a rather retarded from what I have seen on other tunes. I am sure there will be no broken internals. I know the power is low, when I was playing with the tune I got about 280hp with the 3.5....It wasnt as safe of a tune though so I dumped it.
