Do you guys know of the correct pulley to purchase if i have a 07 gp gt and want to go to a 3.4 inch pulley? This website says GM's Series III V6 supercharged engines, but then says grand prix 1997-2006 so im not sure.....

GM 3.8 Liter V6 Supercharged Application

Also i assume it is a factory nose drive and that is what i think i need, but am not sure if i need a magnuson nose drive...?

now i know you have the proper supporting mods correct? if you plan on pulley dropping again in the future you should get a Modular Pulley System. zzp has them or check the sites FOR SALE section

3.4" on a GenV is at LEAST headers/tune/intake/plugs/t-stat/rockers or meth or E85...cmon now.

I am getting it tuned with the aiddition of the pulley and then once I have money I was going to get headers, but I've been told a cold air intake wouldn't matter...

You need more then just headers. for one: with just the smaller pulley and headers your car will probobly be slower with the knock retard it produces and pulls your timing. 2nd because of the low timing your Exhaust gas temps rise at a high rate and can cause failure. go with a 3.6 pulley with headers and intake and rockers, and a tune.

The pulley should be the last of your mods. Get the other stuff and then get the header. Unless you have the money for a new engine, listen to what everyone else says.

he meant to say the pulley should be the last of your mods. get the other stuff, like headers and tune and intake, first. then get the pulley.

you can read the link in my sig to get a better idea of what your looking at.

Whoops, get the other stuff and then get the PULLEY. My bad.

ok thanks for the input, if i do not want to make my own cold air, which is the best to buy that can install on my car.
