I bought my grand prix off a lot the previous owner did some mods from what I can tell it has a 3.4 pully headers cold air intake bigger wires and I'm Assuming a cooler stat wondering what else I half to do to run a 3.2 pully

I hope you didn't pay too much for that thing. Looks nice but a 3.4 on a gen v even with headers is knock city.
 
IF (very big if ) it has no knock now, leave it as it is with the 3.4.

Unless you plan on going valvetrain or intercooler as sgt said, there is no more opportunity for a drop with just headers.

You are scanning for knock with either an aeroforce or torque right?
 


here is a little lesson, just to get you started. Boost is the presence of restriction to airflow and results in increased manifold pressure. so by putting a smaller pulley on the supercharger, there will be more boost and more manifold pressure. if you engine does not have the ability to expel the increased amount of exhaust produced, your computer will cut the timing advance and you will have less power than if you had the correct size pulley on. if you go smaller than you should, the pressure will destroy your engine.
 


I'll be the first to say when that motor blows from running a 3.4 with limited mods I'll take that good of your hands :)
