3.1 and no spark

i have a 1996 with a 3.1 and i have no spark i have checked the ign mod and its good. new plugs and wires havew no clue and the check codes are p1652 and p1655
 


acording to alldata

p1652 is fan number 2 not workin
p1655 is evap code

my guess has to be crankshaft sensor

Thanks I will try that when I get home and what would the evap code be for
 


I have gotten the computer flashed and I heard that there is another crankshaft sensor in the middle of the block on the back side
 


I have replaced the rear crank sensor and still no start I am getting spark now and I smell gas when I try to crank it but just won't start I have no clue I am running out of ideas please help
 
I did try that and it did start but then it died and when it cranked there was smoke under hood coming out of the plastic tube off the rear valve cover but when it died it wouldn't start back
 
your prolly gona have to replace plugs, cause there fouled out cuz u were cranken it be4 with no spark, should start up now, and for the smoke thats just oil thats seeping from sittin no big deal on that
 
I finally got it to start but it runs ok but won't idle and I heard that the 3.1 are bad about the lower in take gasket leaking and put oil in water or vis verse I just need to know so I know what I have to do
 


The reason I ask is because there is some oil residue in the radiator and was wondering if that might have someting to do with the lim gasket and the car won't idle when you let off the gas it dies and won't crank for awile
 
could be lim,could be seein it over heating or the radiator could just need flushed, usally there would be oil and coolant mixed in the motor lokking like a milkshake, drive it for a lil bit see if it relearns itself
 
I finally got it to hit but when it runs it knocks from the center of the motor and I changed the lim and the mechanic told me to torque the rockers to 18 ft pounds. But it still knocks like its the lifters please help
