Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

235/50/17

Wider and lower offset wheels were a old-school thing, i think the 1987 buick GNX had factory offset wheels.....loved those

Before you push your tires out, check your state laws - many states say that you can't have the tire sticking past the fender.

Oh, im new to this offset stuff. So the lower the number the more offset? I assumed 35mm would stick out more than 20mm

Your offset is the difference between the center width of the wheel and where the wheel bolts to the hub. A positive offset brings the wheel further into the car and a negative wheel pushes it further out. There is a 0 offset but we could never run that offset unless your wheel is stupid narrow.

Im back on this thread again lol.......so if i rolled the fenders and pushed the fenders out just a bit(if needed) would 255/50/17s fit or how bout 265/50/17s?

Now im cool with my 245/50/17s they're perfect, this is just a curious question if i would roll my fenders and push the fenders out just a bit if needed

255/50s are over 28" tall
265/50s are about 28.5" tall

They are about 1.25 and 1.75 inches too tall respectively.

So either size would rub for sure even if the fenders were rolled and pushed out a bit if needed?
