225 50R16 Toyo

There's a really nice Toyo tires promotion going on here in Alaska. It's 50% off any tire they offer. I do not know much about tires so this might be a newbie questions to you. I want the proxes T1 Sport tires. They are available in 225 50R16 for my stock wheels. My stock tires are currently 225 60R16.

Will it be okay change tire sizes like that? I know it's not a huge difference, I just want to be careful and order something perfect. The roads here are kind of crappy, cracked, rough, bumpy. Will this tire size cause more road noise, less smooth driving than the originals?

Thanks for reading this dumb question, and advice is appreciated :)

10mm shorter sidewall....there will be visibly more wheel gap...as the sidewall is shorter.

Up to you though, I always figured Proxes tires to be good really in the dry...

Alright then. Thanks for the opinions. Looks like I'm going to miss out on this promotion for all they have in my needed size is all seasons. I'm not buying all seasons.
