215 60 17

I know the right size for 17s are 235 55 17 but i found a set of new winter tires so dirt cheap and they are 215 60 16. Would I be able to run these without anything rubbing or throwing my speedo off?

Stock tires are 26.7" in diameter. 215/60/16's are 26.1". Thats half an inch shorter. It would throw the speedo off, not much, but it would.

they will fit fine and do better in the snow then a wider tire.

If its supposed to be a 17, then it is 27.1".

I can't say whether it will rub or not, but it as well will throw off the speedo some.

yeah i meant 215 60 17, But im currently running 215 60 16s maybe thats why my speedo is off a little bit
