2013 Autofair @ Charlotte motor-speedway

everybody meets up at allens friday or at list thats what they normal do, what time friday yal think of coming down, if yal take 85 south then yal will drive beside my place and we can caravan down
 


I'm gonna be coming from Jacksonville NC. And I can come anytime Friday as I'm taking all day Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday off

i havnt decided if im taking firday off or just taking a half day and i have to get my brother out of school, but if ppl that are coming my way want to meet up then i can take the day off and keep him out of school so we can be ready when ever.

i need to start looking at hotels, the place last year wasnt the best but it was only one night and there was like 7-8 of us staying there.
Anybody have any ideas as to where there staying?
 
oh and ive been looking for nice places because the place last year wasnt to great, but thats because of the area. theres hundards of hotels around there but there ratings(2-2.5 stars) turn me away. and theres lots right off the exit but there pricey and booked for the dates i put in(friday-sunday)

If anybody looks around and finds something else post it up
and how many guys are coming from up north(my area) we can probably work it out to all drive down together friday depending on work and when ppl are leaving

Ight boys and girls were closeing in on the big day looks like were gonna hold the 20 car count strong for the show this spring and man do i love it while im on the topic what would be some good idea for some door prizes any suggesting would be awesome helps give us some idea on what would be usful and wha twouldnt be as much as others
 
Is it too late for me to get in on this? And do I have to stay both days? I'd only be able to drive down early saturday and leave sometime saturday evening

I can be there as early as I have to be and I'd probably need to leave around 8pm at the latest for work the next day
 
well heck that perfectly for the one day then. next time lilrocket gets on he's the one to talk to cause he pretty much planning the thing. im pretty sure itll be early saturday
 


awesome deal looks like were grand prix strong ;) so that makes us up to 21-23 if im not mistaken im double checking now to make sure but def. dont mind for a few more to join may dream would be to show up with 20 plus cars for sure

OK as it stand we have 15 tickets for spots and i can get as many additonal spots that ill need but i will not apply for the additional spots until a week or so before the event just bc i dont wont to get stuck with the extra tickets we get penalized for doin it so were holding 20 strong as it seems so just stay tuned in and keep me updated if any of you see that you wont be able to make it so that ill know for sure the amount of spots that ill need to hold open thanks
