2008 Base Dual Exhaust?

I thought so. I have a good friend that has a cammed Bonnie SE and it needed a 4t65-HD trans. Dyno'd it and it puts out 270HP. Might to the same. I have seen to many SC's blow up in my day on the track.

Avoid a 2008 if you plan to change anything on it, as in mod the engine.

2008 was a year only computer/can bus system. You can't change anything about the computer and so if you modded it and need to tune the car to run correctly, you can't.

Good to know. I might get a 07 Base. Rob a SC lower bumper to get duals.

I just picked up the kit from http://www.mandrelexhaustsystems.com/servlet/the-343/04-dsh-08-PONTIAC-GRAND-PRIX/Detail have not pick mufflers yet. I have their 05-10 Dodge Changer kit on my 06 Charger with Borla and it went together beautifully.
