2007 GXP water pump issue? Video attached

My mom was complaining about some noises her GXP was making so I took a look thinking it was probably and idler pulley. Would this be the water pump rattling like crazy? I provided a video clip providing the noise and movement.

I've been gone from here for a while because I sold my GXP to my mother. She loves it and I went with something else.

remove belt, turn pulley by hand and feel for irregularities.

Alternatively you could use a mechanics stethoscope to listen to each accessory to pinpoint the source of the noise.
 
How do I drain the coolant on the LS4? On my GTP i had a petcock on the lower portion of the radiator. I can not locate a drain for this car. Is there a drain on the radiator or block this way i can avoid siphoning or unhooking hose and letting it spill everywhere?
