It's the tires that set the limiter. Our cars came with H rated tires, which are supposed to handle 130mph.
 
Isn't it really, really hard on your forth gear to shift into it at wot?? Most people reel out in 3rd from what I've always read. I took my N/A Monte to 120 on a deserted stretch of rural roads in 3rd, it still had some room left in 3rd at that point. I've heard it's bad to shift into 4th at that speed or at WOT.
