I want stronger/stiffer sway bars for my 2007 gp. Is the any options? It seems all upgraded sway bars are for pre 04..

Im thinking il go with the dorman for the front I believe its 35mm.. Whats the stiffest sway bar available for the rear? I want as stiff as a suspension I can get without lowering my car (roads here are sh1t)

Slp sway bar set on 3800 performance says 1-3/8" front and 3/4" rear..i beleive thats 34-35mm and 19mm..I thought someone made a 25mm rear bar?

Ask odi what size his SLP bars are.

They're quite over sized.

ADDCO bars are available from summit racing and the like.

They make some stupidly large rear hollow bar, but its well over $200 just for the one bar.

I went with front dorman and rear addco solid (7/8ths) as that was the largest for the least money in the realm of solid.

Local dealerships here still charge $100+ for each GMPP bar.

GM parts direct doesn't ship to canada. But their canadian division requires a credit card before they'll even give you a price on the product. Seems off really.

Apparently you can do coilovers and leave them at stock ride height, but no one recommends running coilovers in the winter.

Unless you like to clean them often.

You could run bilsteins and vogtland or SSC springs.

That'd put you pretty close to stock ride height if not the same.

In that thread is says slp rear bar is 25mm but 3800 performance says 3/4" or 19mm.. Can anyone confirm this?
Coil overs wouldnt be a problem for me I store her for the winter and I could probably get away with a 1" drop without scraping everywhere only thing im worried about is a real harsh ride especially because im on 20s..Anyone run upgraded swaybars on stock springs/struts and will it make a noticable difference in the corners or should I just suck it up and get a mild lowering spring with a stiffer spring rate?

Sways will make a large difference. Mostly the front bar.

Slps should be 1" ask odi, the op of that thread. He has a set.
