Horn does not chirp when you hit the lock button on keyfob or when you press the steering wheel in. Swapped both the horn fuse and relay no dice. Took the horn out and tested it on a power supply and it sounds fine. At this point I'm suspecting it's a wire issue but the wires look fine from horn connector to the plastic hose where 700 other wires reside which then goes into the fusebox. Any ideas? I can hear the relays clicking in the fuse box so I think wiring is good from battery to fuse box.

pop the air bag off and check the horn wires, it may have popped out, it its corroded maybe.

after thinking more, test for power at the horn plug when you push the horn on the wheel. maybe its just a dirty plug.
