2006 GT, time for new struts/shocks?

I just had new tires installed on my 2006 GT so I had the alignment checked. The shop said the front right and rear right were just outside the acceptable limits. The shop also said the bad alignment could be due to a sagging strut. The car seems to ride fine to me and it's only has 75,000 miles (original shocks/struts). The car definitely passes the "bounce" test but I understand that isn't fool proof (see video below). What is the quality of the shocks/struts on an 06 GT? Would it be safe to say after 75,000 they need replacement?

usually in the area of 100k they are done, depending upon the roads 50-75k miles could be your limit.

My 05 GT needed struts all around at 70k miles as the dampers were starting to float. That is, allowing small oscillation at the neutral spring position resulting in the floating feeling. Probably the first symptom that the dampening of the struts have reached the end. The bounce test only checks if the dampers have left town (without the car). My 98 GP didn't do the floating even with 120K on the car so I was a bit surprised. But use my experience as a marker that by 05 GM started to cheap out the struts.

On alignment, your shop found a problem only on one side of the car. That's bad but if the car is sitting level, its not the springs. They just may be trying to sell you on replacing something. After replacing all 4 struts and tires, I had it aligned and the shop tried to sell me camber adjustment by slotting the holes in the new struts. My camber was out of spec but even side to side (~1 deg neg frt, ~1.5 deg neg rear, negative camber means the tires are tipped in at the top). I declined and 20k miles later, there is no abnormal tire wear.

Did you get a print out of the alignment? Always ask for that.
