2005 GT Turn signal issue.

Before I start I would like to say...Hello. Also i searched the site for the answer....could not find it. Today the Turn signal on the dash started blinking really fast. Also if the fog lamps were OFF only the right driving lamp would work. If the fog lamps were ON then they both worked, yet the blinker wouldn't. I changed the bulb and still have the same issue. Has anyone had this issue before. I'm at my wits end here.
 


If the blinker is flashing really fast, its usually a burnt out bulb.. did you change/check both front and rear turn signal bulbs?
 
Alright.. which bulb did you change? What socket are you talking about (front left/right turn signal, dash blinker light, rear left/right turn signal, left/right fog light)? You need to be more specific with the problem.
