2004 pontiac granprix gt

Hello, working on a pontiac with a 3.8. The display shows low air psi,trac control off and abs system failure. Not sure but the sunroof drain was clogged and water leaked into the cabin. The HVAC blower doesnt work. All fuses are good.
here is a list of codes.. b1327,0268,0269,2545,3055,3102,3106,3948,3949,1064,
U1016,1153,1301,1096,1000,1364,1040,1088,1305,..I have been looking for bad wiring, and looking for grnd connections.. but so far no luck.. anyone have a simular issue? could it be the BCM?

at the moment, but they have acted up.. which is one of the codes, lost cluster comunication.. or something like that..

Ok, my car does this when I leave my Aeroforce plugged into my car with my car off.

Do you have anything in your OBD port?

no i dont, car is all stock no mods or tuners..
