• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

It costs $119.00 to go into the dealership and have them check why the audio (sound) in my car is not working on my end. I have onstar, however, when I press the button to make a phone call, or to call for assistance, there is absolutely no sound. After calling onstar (from my cell phone) and checking with them, they told me that I had to take my car to a dealership to have them look at it, whom told me it could cost $119.00.

Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, were you able to fix the audio sound problem yourself and how?

This is the second time this has happened to me, and the first time I was under warranty. This time I'm not. If this happens once / year as it has the last couple of years, then I'm subject to an automatic charge of this from now on. Don't want that!

Please help!
