Just 2 pictures from a special day.

I bought this car about a month before I met my wife, so she has been there with me since the beginning; in fact she has helped with some things, like the CTS-V brake install, GXP seat install, and the radio. Love her...meaning my wife LOL.

I know its not some exotic car that we had at our wedding, but I think the build up to this point holds its own value, and that in of itself is its own greatness.

I have to thank Bill for getting me to this point, without him I don't think I would have gotten this far. Max too, he was able to comb through the tune and help out. Mike, Bio, Blue for putting up with my constant BS about what should I do next. Matt for being Canadian and sharing interests with me in suspension builds. Odi for always finding random Panda GIFs. Gary for sharing your secrets with me. And all the rest of you guys here on GPF, you guys provide the constant encouragement to keep me going. This is not the end of the road, I still have some more stuff to come...so stay tuned.

Be careful and don't leave the car on the back burner too long. My GTP is the last thing to get fixed and the first to break down, but I love my wife and kids more so...keep up the good work bro.

I'll try not to, Kids are on the plate after we get a house.

Re: 2004 Ponty Grand Prix "Panda Superleggera"

Build a house damn straight!! I'm hoping to do the same after this next tour starting in april so when I get back ill have plenty of leave to start on the framing. Hoping to pay cash for a lot and finance the materials through a va loan. Considering I work at menards I've priced out quite a few houses and I know 80k will be plenty to build 15 to 1700 ish sqft 3 bd 2 bath 2 car garage type home. Good luck dave and keep us updated on the house project too! I don't know about where you are but its cheaper to own pay a house payment /month than rent fvckin college town................

Congrats guy.

Don't feel bad about slowing down with the Panda.

Priorities shift a little over time.

Yeah my rent blows here, I don't want to discuss what it costs here, but its more than a damn mortgage for sure....even after escrow in some cases.

Awwww Dave...

I think the wife does all the modding and you sit there and watch!

Re: 2004 Ponty Grand Prix "Panda Superleggera"

Congrats Dave!!!

Love those 2 shots, both ladies look very beautiful. Can't wait to see how things pan out on the house build, going custom new would be very exciting. Good luck to you both.
