No one cares what you think.

Really I would like to do a Manual....BUT it is just not practical and some people just weren't getting back to me on parts to make it happen considering parts are so scarce for this. Hung out to dry.

Re: 3 Gear Panda - Jackin' it in San Diego

Anyways....

I want to work on Saab, but I want to work more on Panda. So its a tug of war.

Right now, its about getting a built tranny in it, I have a 300m input shaft coming my way. Debating picking up a used tranny or getting a Tim King Tranny. On top of that, I would like to throw some 1.7 Rockers on top of the NIC and max out my lift, run a 3.2 pulley and get this thing tuned to put down some nice numbers.

Once this happens, I need to get back to Saab and fix its turbo, over winter I'll do its Stereo, Spring will be redoing its suspension. Winter will also bring around doing some small things around panda like redoing front seats with something (GXP Seats would be preferable). Next summer will be about dropping Rotational mass on the front wheels to improve performance, looking at some 2-piece Rotors, dropping 6.2lbs off the rotors (26.2lbs to 20lbs) and then looking at the Forgestar F05s in black with lip dropping around 8lbs (30lbs to 22lbs).

So that's where my head is at right now.

I'm wondering what else I can do honestly.

New wheels would be 19x9 at 25mm

Honestly, I would go with the Tim King. If you can afford the $$$ no reason to skimp out, a used tranny can just be a time bomb with your mods and the last thing you want is to get it on the dyno and shell a tranny because you wanted to save some money.

Get Panda going right and then focus on the Saab. 1 project toy, 1 DD... not 2 toys and bouncing with parts. Get 1 set and then do the other.

I forgot to say picking up a used tranny would mean it would get a stage 1 kit from TEP and rebuilt with 7/8" chain and my input shaft. Really comes out around the same price actually. So Tim King is probably what will happen.

Saab does need a turbo...badly seals are shot and it burns a little oil
