Coilovers have 1.25" left to spin down...but I would be riding the bump stops all day long

Not if you cut the bump stops in half...

Id take a run at the Panda for the flag ship thing... but then maybe not, no coilovers, no cam, no brembos... damn...LOL JK

......and if things work out...1 more pedal and 1 more gear than yours LOL. Still debating it and money is right, just doing the engineering hurdle is the question.

Im with Dave, time has not been on my side either... the parts for the headlight retro are here, and I have enough Scotchprint to do the roof, but I hardly have time to wash it (and come on the forums for that matter), never mind do all the other stuff...

Then there's the weather... the minute Im off work, the weather goes for a crap... I hate that... cant get my yard stuff or car stuff done...

Note to self: Next house MUST have a proper garage... this carport stuff doesnt cut it.

Manual Tranny: Dave, you been talking to Kuntzie again? There is an M5 98 GTP sedan on the Ontario Kijiji again...

Yep, no manual, too many issues with this and that. I want to do it but in the long run, lets slap a new tranny in it.

I can't think of anything else I would like to do...
