2004+ GTP injector tables

Since I'm starting to dabble into the 04+ modding now, I'm having a brainfart on something
The tables in the newer cars are different than the previous gen PCM's. They start out at -50kPa instead of the 0kPa, and I'm looking to work 42's into the file. Anyone have an 04+ file that I can look at to make sure I do this right?
I know, rookie question...but at least I'm asking. lol
 




The rates do rise on dhp. Only problem to me is that the tables don't make sense to me on the map curve.
 
I understand what they're supposed to mean.....but my problem is that the higher the manifold pressure goes up, the more they richen in the stock .Bin file....and they basically show to go to an 80lb/hr injector? LOL

At least with HPT, you put in your injector size.....done.....Stupid DHP.
 
remember the early fuel pressure regulator varies the fuel pressure directly related to the intake manifold air pressure.
because of this it negates the difference in pressure between the fuel side and the injector air/tip side.
On the later dead head steady pressure systems you end up with the injectors flowing more at high manifold vacuum then at high boost.
because at 7 PSI of boost... fuel pressure is effectively 50-51 PSI whereas at idle fuel pressure is effectively 64+
 


Ok will someone explain the -KPa then because it's below anything the engine would ever see its -14.7 inches of mercury, -.5 bar and -7psi. It doesn't make any sense to me. I understand net pressure of the older systems remains the same and I understand that the with fixed pressure that the net pressure drops as pressure rises.

After messing with this for the last couple of days in my spare time, I was able to find an .HPT file that had 42's in it....and a lot of save/compare/unsave blah blah, I have it now.

If you're ever in DHP, you multiply the stock injector tables by 78.5% and boom.
If you're HPT, this doesn't matter, but for the people that use a 10 year old software system, it might come up again some day.
 
It's not even a matter of corn...it's that NOBODY has a .bin file for an 04+ car that I could look at.

Stupid maths....I hate maths.
 


Ok, so you multiply the table by 78.5 to get to 42# injectors, but why does thr table even start out negative. that's what I don't understand. I'm a little slow I guess.

So I'm just going to have to guess that the KPa table is just scaled incorrectly in DHP. I wonder if it should be 0-160kPa. I know that earlier years only show 0-100 as well but how do you scale that past 100 or are you just assuming that the flow above 100 kPa is the same past that point since its net pressure is the same?
