2004 Grand Prix GTP traction control issue

The traction control in my car will not work when i hit the button, since i dont have much experience with traction control, im just curious where the first place i should check is?

(tire pressure sensor warning is on in the HUD, would that cause it?)

Elaborate a little more. Traction control is automatically off when the car is turned on. The button turns it off. Does it come on at all? Are your TCS and ABS lights on?

Hitting the button turns it off
Whenever my tire dohicky went off it threw all that out of wack.....so yeah, air up the tires.

What??? No ABS lights on, no TCS lights, just when i hit the button, it wont turn traction control off.
