How does one uninstall the rear fender 1/4 panels on a 2004 Grand Prix GTP? It seems that they are welded in place and one huge body part. They are all one piece, the whole body is part of the rear fenders.

You'd have to cut parts out, weld new in and do lots of body work to make it clean again.
