2003 transmission swap

After a lot of searching I have not found any specific information on swaping a 2003 gt engine/trans into a 99 gt. From what I understand, the motor is exactly the same, but the trans is different (stronger too).
Question is, What would I need to take from the donor car to make it work?
Any Help would be greatly appreciated

I learned that the hard way, also there are two different types of transmission lines.. so if your lines/connectors look different you might have to get a new set of lines.

If you need a torque converter I got a 03 Buick Regal LS one with 30k on it that I couldnt use (since im a GTP)
 
Yeah, it was you who suggested it to me before. Just wanted to make sure before I bought it. Are the cooler lines are the same though? I was reading on another thread that they might have a check ball in them.
 
Im not really sure, maybe some others will chime in. I replaced my 02 tranny with an 03 from a buick regal.. and they were the same.
