2003 GTP BIN. Does anyone have one?

As the title reads, I am looking for a stock GTP bin for my 2003 GTX. I know the GTX had a tune from SLP using, from what I understand, a Diablo tuner. Since my ownership of the GTX, it has been reprogrammed through a PowrTuner and later this year Trannyman is going to be doing a tune on my car and he asked me if I had a stock bin file for the 2003 GTP. Something I have never had since day one of owning my car.

If anyone has one and would be able to email it to me, I would be most appreciative.

Many thanks in advance.

James I will check on HPT site as there is a repository section for tunes of all supported makes and models and I will see if there is an 03 file, if not we will figure something else out. If anyone on here has a .bin OR .hpt file of a STOCK 03 GTP I will certainly accept it to keep with my other pile of stock files!

Thank you Tranny! Much appreciated! Also I sent you a couple of PMs here recently, I was wondering if you got them or not? Just curious :)

Hopefully we can talk soon about them :)

I already checked PT, HPT, HollandMS and none of them had the 03 GTP. Well HPT did but it was for an 03 GTP with a turbo...not helpful for you, yet, my friend.

James I saw your last PM yesterday and replied to it, so hopefully you did recieve it!!! I answered your questions one at a time and have been in the habbit of deleting my sent PMs as my PM box gets full way too quick..... Well it USED to get full to quick until it recieved a little help hehe. I just sent you a new PM, let me know that you got it ok and my last reply yesterday.

Dave I've got a 2003 stock GTP file. I don't know how to upload a bin here so check your email.

James if you get a stock bin from Chris I would send it to Dave as well. You never know if these things are really stock. I don't know tuning so I wouldn't be able to tell. With a second stock bin he can use the HPTuners to do a file compare. If they are the same then they are stock.

Thanks Lee and Shaferz for helping out on this.

I still to contact Chris about his bin file as well. I know also he has the original Bin file from my GTX when I got it from the Dealership. Would be interesting to compare what SLP did to what the stock GTP bin actually is.

File comparison is easy with the HPTuners. I bet there is very little difference between the two.

Think that is what Chris said back when he first checked out the tune. He said the timing upped a little bit and some other minor things, but nothing spectacular.

I sent Chris a PM on the STL boards to see if he could get me those bin files. Hopefully he will :)

Did you ever get the GTX bins from Chris, I have a 3.5" pulley like the GTX and would like to try it out and see how it works on my GTP. I am interested to see how much timing they actually used on those vehicles. Thx.
