2003 Grand Prix 3.1L high idle! need help!



Reving that high I agree with DS. Get some carb cleaner and shoot a couple bursts around any vacuum line and around your intake manifold see if it revs up.
 
Throttle cable hanging up is a possibility. But seeing as ur also losing coolant, I'd check lims
