This. The crap I see on Craigslist and what people would like is insane and they wonder why their s*** doesn't sell.

A friend of mine was trying to sell his 98 GTP with 248k miles on it for $3500. The Passenger fender and door were both messed up, the rear strut towers were all rusted out. Sad thing is I think someone actually bought it.
 
There's always a sucker out there that is willing to pay their asking price. That same sucker you will be standing on the side of the road or complaining about what a lemon they bought and how they're looking for another car.

Everybody up here hustles so damn hard regardless of price. You have a mint condition car up for sale? You bet your ass someone will come with straight up cash and offer 15-25% less...and they usually walk away with it. I was looking at a GTP with 150k in MINT condition underneat, like this thing had an inch of straight up oil coating underneat, on all strut towers, everywhere, guy sold for 1900 with winter and summer wheels and an engine bay that you could put your girlfriend on and rail the hell out of her. 4000 for 200K...LOL
 
Yup cash is king. There's to many tire kickers out there so when someone shows up with cash the seller will quickly lower his price unless he wants that person to walk.

im from same area, you can find a way better deal for 4k, you can get a 04+ for 4k on the minneapolis CL now a days, look harder, just cause it has rims and guy put more money into it doesnt mean that cars worth 4k, i paid 3k for my 05 comp g with body damage.
