2002 GP Heater / AC blower speeds

My 2002 GP blower stopped working on Speed 1 & 2, Speed 3,4 & 5 still work OK each being faster then the next, like it should be. What could be wrong ,1 & 2 does not work in all modes including AC mode.
Aren't there "resistors" somewhere for the different speeds ,could these be bad ... where are they located ?

I just did this. Your going to need a 2in extension, 5.5mm deep socket and a flex ratchet. A regular 1/4 ratchet wasn't cutting it with the clearance but the flex head did. Once I found a position that didn't hurt it took about 10 minutes. The back bolts need to be loosened but not removed. Just remove the first one.
