2002 GP brighter headlight suggestions

Just bought a nice 02 2door has very clear lenses but still don't seem as bright as most modern cars . What's a good route to take ?
 


Clear lenses are good but the design is complete **** for light output.

You can try brighter white bulbs that cost $40-60 at the parts store or do a retro fit conversion with projectors.
 
Retrofits are the key. I tried several things and wasn't satisfied until I went with retros and HIDs. I would have saved a lot of money if I just did it to begin with.

Thanks for that link. Why so many choices? lol. I'm thinking I would want the HID's? I like to see the road along with more of the area around the road. Lots of deer around here.

How do I choose and I'm guessing these just plug into the existing headlight fixture? All those Hx's, W's and K's...
