2001 special edition gtp issues-need some input

I know when I pulled from front manifold it was pretty clogged up actually... engine must have ran rich a long time.... they're already restrictive so anymore and... well I feel like a plog would help the kr no matter what
 


I ran a PLog years ago before I ran headers and on a 3.6" followed by 3.4" pulley with a DIY meth kit and it ran beautifully. with the 3.4" ran consistent mid 13s with 101-102 traps at cecil county. I think it was running as much as 26-27* of timing hahahahaaha

my friend agrees that he'd have to pay up for more mods if he wants to go faster and get rid of the 2-3* of KR.

edit-maybe I can check if his front manifold is clogged up or not. not hard to do.
