2001 GTP Trans into 2001 SE?

As far as I can tell, problems may include needing to retain the old TC, needing a swap or new passnger-side half-shaft, and needing to flash the PCM for gear ratio correction to keep the transmission out of limp mode or correcting the gear ratio in the diff. Am I missing anything, or does anyone have additional information to toss into this?

Friend got shafted between parts guy and mechanic selling and installing the 01 GTP trans in her 01 SE. Of course it doesn't work, but it may prove cheaper to make it work than to R/R the transmission again. Just need a solid list of to-dos to price out the difference.

you dont need the TC, you need the right flex plate since the bolt patterns are different. the gear ratio can be done in the tune as well.
