2000 Malibu 3.1 LIM gasket change help

Anyone have a parts list of what gaskets or other stuff I may need other than coolant, upper and lower intake manifold gaskets, thermostat gaskets, oil, and oil filter. What else do I need and does anyone know the torque specs for reassembly? Are their any o rings or anything any other gaskets? I put this on a malibu forum, but they are no help so far. I am guessing that this 3.1 is the same as a gp se 3.1 so I thought someone here might have some helpful info for this.

I have one taken apart in my garage and it's pretty simple... I am in class right now, when I get home I will take pics and post for you!!

the coolant is leaking externally only at this point, I want to get to it before the coolant and oil starts to mix. There is none in the oil, and no oil in the coolant. However, it is going through almost a gallon of coolant every ten days or so, and you can smell it quite easily when the motor is running. I can see part of the block is wet on the outside, so it needs to get done soon.

Sorry got home late last night!!!!

I did have a 3100 in a 1995 olds Ciera.. It was more or less a paperweight then a motor but that's beside the point.. LOL.. The gaskets blew on me and it poured the coolant in the oil.. It sat for a week then I changed them out.. I guess the crank sat in the coolant enough to wash the oil off and it never really coated good again because I spun the a main and rob bearing about two months later!!! I have it sitting on the engine stand right now if you want to see pics.. I believe the upper manifold is off, have not taken the lower off, didn't want it to leak in the garage because it was sitting sideways while I pulled the crank out..
