Took a few pics with my tripod, she is in dire need of a bath, I'd loose 10 pounds just in bugs. Most of which came today, from driving it 120+ miles to Springfield. I found the only station I have seen with 93, so I put $20.00 worth in, I didn't notice much difference. Pics:

If the 93 has 10-15% ethanol you won't really see a change or 91-92 E0 and even if ya did it would be so minor. People will see a slight 1-2 mpg change on the freeway with non ethanol gas though.

Nothing major the last few days, I cut my shifter down and did some "custom work there." By "custom" I mean I hardwired performance shift so it's always on, cut both shafts down, stuffed a new shifter into a piece of copper, put a screw in the selector assembly, cut a "track" in the copper pipe for the screw to fit in so the knob wouldn't spin, and put it back together. Looks great when it's all put back together, but not so great when it's taken apart...but it's solid and everything moves very nicely. Now there's no buttons at all, to shift, you push down on the knob and shift. Pics:

Depending on weather, I have a 10 AWG wire to install on my fuel pump. It's supposed to rain today, so I might do it tomorrow.

Just finished the fuel pump rewire. I ran 10 AWG wire from the stock relay back to the fuel pump, and ran a 10 AWG ground for the fuel pump as well. I know I don't necessarily need a rewire yet, but it never a bad thing to do on these, from what I've read. It cost be $7, and now I know it's done and has a really good connection. Everything is soldered, I even pulled the connectors out of the fuse box\fuel pump connector, cut all the old wire out, and soldered in the 10 AWG. As far as any noticible difference? When I turn the key to on the pump's hum is higher pitched, and I've only taken it for 1 test drive. It's pretty foggy out so I didn't do any WOT tests, but I did a few 60-70% and it felt a bit peppier. I'll get a better idea the more I drive it.

Haven't done much to her lately except drive her. I'm still have a bit of a chugging problem going up hill, and my LTFT are at ~-15% at 2500 RPM, so I have some investigating to do. Today I replaced the struts and strut mounts in the front. it started out as just replacing the strut mounts, but when I pulled the strut apart and pushed the plunger down nothing happened. It's been about 3 hours since I pushed it and it's still all the way down. Needless to say, I replaced both front struts, lol. I kinda figured I'd be replacing them when I saw how bad they looked, but I didn't expect it to be THAT bad. Here's the before and after:
It rides and handles waaaaay better obviously. Next up is rear struts, then rear sway, front sway, and rebuilding the control arms. I need to work more overtime...

Today I'm hoping to troubleshoot and maybe even repair my HVAC system. I used to have no cold air on the driver side, but that ended up being low R134a. Now I have no heat on the driver side, being it's winter, and I have a 2600 mile round trip in December, it's getting fixed. I printed out the schematic and did some tracing so I know which wires need to be tested and such. It's either the control module itself, or the blend door actuator..either way, I hope it's something that I can fix and not replace.
Once I am done with that, I need to check my electric fan circuit. Yesterday I went to get Mcdonald's breakfast and sitting in the drive thru It got up to 225*F not really that bad, but it was 40*F outside. I noticed the lights and blower motor would dim\slow down for a second, then return to normal speed so I think something might be shorting out somewhere, or something like that.

Productive day today, I did FINALLY fix the HVAC, the blend door actuator on the driver side had skipped a tooth. I fixed the gear up, aligned it with the other blend door actuator as an example, put it all back together and it all works GREAT. Finally, everything works on my climate control, first time since I bought the car. I also cleaned the trunk out pretty well, mainly around the lid hinges and lid...they were FILTHY. After that I pulled the wiper valance to clean everything out of it, which was also really dirty. Now everything under there is pretty spotless. After that, I swapped sub amps with another one I had laying around, an American Pro VS.1405, not the greatest, but a **** ton better than the Lightning Audio B150.2 I had in there.

My wife took the car for a 600 mile road trip on Friday, everything went fine, except there was one time it hit 7.7* of Kr, and it only got 25.7 MPG. I pulled the supercharger off today to check out a few things, and to repaint it. My RTV covered gasket seemed to work fine, so I might just do that again. I also found that my driver side dog bone bracket was loose, so that might have been my (false) Kr. We'll see. Then I got ballsy and decided to go ahead and do a wire tuck. Oh boy. I have the harness ripped apart now, I'm rerouting a lot, and removing the rear 02 sensor wiring. Looks like a mess, but I have a very firm grasp of what is going on:

This is what I would call a rough draft, lol. The supercharger is repainted and drying for the night, so I had to stop. I have all the wires separated and such, the next step would be to test fit the wires, and shorten\lengthen as needed.
